We cannot wait to see you all on June 2 through June 5 for your individual graduation ceremonies. We are excited to make these experiences special and memorable.

Each family has been assigned a specific time slot. The individual times will run from 9:00 a.m. to noon and again from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. on those days. On the day of your graduation ceremony, please dress in graduation attire with your cap and gown. We will provide you with your graduation regalia, chords, pins, etc. prior to entering the auditorium. 

See the information below for specifics with regard to the individual graduation experience. 

Graduates can have a maximum of five family members or guests. This number does not include the graduate.

The ceremony will take place in the Patrick Henry auditorium to prevent any possible weather delays. The auditorium is fully ADA compliant. 

We will assign two designated parking spots to each graduate for themselves and their guests.

Graduates and guests must arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to your designated time and enter the building through the front doors located by the senior lot. We will reschedule families unable to arrive at their designated time later in the week based on available time slots.

Graduates and guests must remain in their vehicles until we direct them into the building. 

We will provide students with all regalia during their designated time (chords, pins, medallions, etc.) to wear during their individual ceremonies.

We will share images we take during the graduation experience with students through their school-provided Google accounts by June 30, 2020. As a reminder, please save the documents to your own device prior to September 30, 2020, as we deactivate graduated senior accounts in October.

Patrick Henry High School and Hanover County Schools staff members will continue to observe all CDC guidelines with respect to social distancing and personal protective equipment.

When checking for your specific time slot, if your name is highlighted yellow, you still owe one or more of the following: senior class dues, textbook, athletics uniforms, music, etc. Please message Mrs. Nuckols via email or on Remind for specific information on your obligations.

For outstanding fees, you can still pay online at OSP or mail a check to the address below. Make sure for mailing checks that you make the check payable to Patrick Henry High School and write in the memo for which specific fees you are paying.

The seniors will also have a virtual graduation video that we will release on June 13 and an in-person graduation experience on August 8 at noon at Meadow Event Park depending on state, local, and CDC mandates. More information on these events will come soon!
